We're back with the latest happenings in the world of SphereMail! We prepared a lot of exciting updates to share with you, from new integrations and Mobile App features to insights into USPS regulations and our very own podcast. Let's dive right in.

1. Seamless Integration with Nexudus:

We're thrilled to announce our newest integration with Nexudus, a leading platform for coworking and flexible workspace management. This partnership is designed to streamline your workspace operations further. The integration enhances the member experience, offering a cohesive solution for mail and package management within your Nexudus workspace management system.

Why integrate with Nexudus?

Our SphereMail partners can auto-connect all of their SphereMail active members: Our system will automatically start connecting your active members across platforms, but you can also start that process at any time by clicking on "Connect members", "Confirm", and the system will cross-reference the emails of your active members and automatically connect them with their respective Nexudus member accounts. If a member doesn't already have a member account on your Nexudus account, it'll be automatically created using the info they've set up on their SphereMail account.

Our partners will also be able to connect specific members manually.

For new members that’ll sign up to your SphereMail portal after you’ve set up your Nexudus integration— You won’t need to do anything; the system will connect them automatically as long as they’ve signed up on SphereMail using the same email addresses you have on file for their member account on Nexudus.

2. Revamped Mobile App with Unique Features:

Our updated mobile app is here, and it's packed with innovative features to make managing your mail and packages even smoother.

Additionally, the app offers the ability to bulk-add mail items. SphereMail partners can capture multiple pictures simultaneously for different users and swiftly assign them to the appropriate recipients. This bulk processing feature significantly reduces processing time compared to the web platform, where each mail item must be added individually.
